Two decades of leading, now in service of other leaders
I have spent more than 20 years in leadership roles across healthcare, technology, risk management and financial services. I have led teams through change, carried hard decisions and worked alongside executives at every level.
Along the way I noticed that the leaders who grew the most were rarely the ones with the best answers. They were the ones who asked better questions, of their teams and of themselves. Coaching is how I help leaders do that.
My clients are accomplished people. They come to coaching to think more clearly, lead with more intention and take focused action on what matters most.

In a session, my full attention is on you. I listen for what you say and what you don't, and I ask questions that help you see your situation more clearly.
Your agenda, your answers
You decide what we work on. I don't advise or prescribe. You are the expert on your work and your life, and the answers that last are the ones you reach yourself.
Professional standards
I hold the ICF Associate Certified Coach credential and follow the ICF Code of Ethics, including its standards for confidentiality.
Grounded in real leadership
I have sat in the chair. That helps me understand the pressures you face. It does not mean I will tell you what to do.
